TARGETING STUDENTS ACROSS NYS AND THE GLOBE
Since 2022, Wahl Media has worked with the SUNY Oswego marketing team to build successful campaigns with the goal of driving applications and yield for the college. Like most schools, strategic campaigns take place annually in both the Fall and Spring timeframes. Campaigns are targeted to not only high school students planning to graduate soon, but also to current college students looking to transfer. The campaigns are also targeted to various parts of New York State and the Northeast. Additionally, Wahl Media also launched a successful Search campaign targeted to international students in many countries all over the world.
ACCESSIBILITY IN MEDIA MIX
Working across graduate and undergraduate programs involves a media mix to that reaches active and mobile students. The Wahl Team evaluates each program to understand the audience and determines mediums that will be most effective and accessible to this audience. Paid search, social media, digital video, and other mobile digital tactics drive results within this audience. As the Wahl Team develops and executes each buy, we use the performance, learnings, and historical data to inform future buys. This process has resulted in numerous successes across the SUNY Oswego media strategy.
