APPROACH
Wahl Media implemented high-frequency mass media and targeted digital campaigns, including TV, streaming video, radio, and outdoor. The team aligned CFCU with local partnerships, such as the Jacksonville IceMen and First Coast News, to enhance community engagement.
RESULTS
Continuous brand growth was achieved, leading to increased membership, loan production, and deposit growth. CFCU expanded from 18 to 25 branches in three years.
