CHALLENGE
The airport needed to raise awareness of direct flights, introduce new airlines, and promote customer services to both business and leisure travelers across the Rochester, Batavia, and Finger Lakes regions.
APPROACH
Wahl Media executed multi-channel campaigns, including TV, streaming video, radio, digital display, social media, and outdoor advertising. Added value elements, such as TV sponsorships and bonus ads, enhanced exposure.
RESULTS
Successful airline launches for Spirit and Frontier were achieved. Website traffic returned to pre-pandemic levels, and year-over-year increases in enplanements and airport activity were recorded.
