SUNY Albany sought to build overall brand awareness while also supporting graduate student recruitment through targeted digital campaigns—particularly during the uncertain academic environment of the COVID-19 pandemic.

APPROACH
Wahl Media partnered with SUNY Albany in 2020 and 2021 to launch Paid Social Media, Paid Search, and Display campaigns. Messaging and strategy adapted to pandemic-related shifts in student behavior and academic planning.

RESULTS
The collaboration helped maintain visibility and engagement during a critical time, with measurable success in generating traffic and interest among prospective graduate students.
